Not who they were.
Not yet who they’re becoming.

Something has ended…
and something powerful is gathering —
but the body isn’t ready to move yet.

This is not a problem to solve.
It’s a threshold.

This sanctuary exists to walk that threshold together —
without rushing, without fixing, without forcing readiness.

What This Space Is

A small, intentional community for women moving through:

• shedding old identities and protection patterns
• nervous-system recalibration and emotional integration
• grief, transition, and quiet reorganization
• the space between “no longer” and “not yet”

Some women have horses.
Some don’t — but feel deeply drawn to horse wisdom: presence, instinct, grounded power, and truth.

All are welcome.

The Arc We’ll Walk

January 11 – February 16

Completing the Year of the Snake​
Finishing the shedding. Letting old skins fall away. Allowing the body to land.

February 17 – March 29

Entering the Year of the Fire Horse​
Grounded confidence. Embodied strength. Movement that feels safe to hold.

How We’ll Gather

Weekly live online sanctuary sessions​
​Sundays at 10:00am PT​
(75–90 minutes)

Each gathering includes:

• gentle arrival and regulation
• seasonal guidance woven with nervous-system and horse wisdom
• optional live coaching and witnessing
• space for integration without homework or pressure

Speaking is always optional.
Presence is enough.

A private community space is included for connection and support between gatherings.

Recordings will be available if you cannot attend live.
